We are conjuring up a delicious New Year’s Eve menu for you:
Quail terrine
with quince bread and wood sorrel
Truffled black salsify soup
with mushrooms and orange peel
Braised Savoy cabbage
with prawns and shellfish jus
Fillet of veal in atramezzino coating
with majoran jus, apple purée with red wine,
Brussels sprouts, chestnut dumpling with lardo
Chocolate medley
with passion fruit sorbet
Crème brûlee, mousse, tart, praline
* as a 4-course menu: € 64.00 per person
* as a 5-course menu: € 74.00 per person
starter, soup, main course, dessert
including a glass of prosecco as aperitif.
On request (until 7 days before arrival), the New Year´s Eve menu is also available with vegetarian options.
For our New Year´s Eve menu a table reservation ist required.
Please note that we do not offer a´la carte service in the restaurant on New Year´s Eve.
